We accept returns for store credit on limited items in the store. Please see below all that apply.

Returns:

For hygiene reason lingerie, footwear, swimwear, soaps, lotions, cosmetic products and jewelry are final sale.

All sale items are final sale.

Returns on all other items are accepted up to 7 days after receipt of goods.

All returns must be in original tags, unworn and unwashed.

Returns will be accepted for store credit. Credit cannot be applied towards shipping. Credit can not be applied to any Preorder items.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Ellee Belle offers free shipping on all orders over $100. International customers may be subject to import tariffs and duties based on your respective country's regulations. Waiting times at customs may vary so be patient.

Shipments of orders for all in-stock items is 5-7 business days.

If we preorder an item we will inform you of the estimated shipping date. This date can vary depending on the vendor.
